NEW TOWING COMPANY – EFFECTIVE AUGUST 1, 2025

Effective August 1, 2025, Stratford Green has contracted with a new towing company, S&S Towing. You will need to ensure a parking sticker is displayed on your vehicle. The current sticker you have will remain valid with the new towing company until they issue new stickers.

PLEASE DO NOT CONTACT THE OFFICE IF YOUR CAR IS TOWED; THE OFFICE WILL HAVE NO KNOWLEDGE OF THE CIRCUMSTANCES OR BE RESPONSIBLE. You will need to reach out directly to S&S for all questions and concerns at

The towing fee is $240.50 which is the Illinois tow rate.

We will have a designated parking area for guest parking, in front of the Clubhouse from 12am to 6am. You will need to register the guest car each night online. There will be a charge of $5 per night, per vehicle. (Scan or click on the QR Code to register guest vehicle)

If your car is in for repairs and you have a rental car in the meantime, you will need to call the office Monday through Friday during regular business hours to report the dates you will be using the vehicle and provide all vehicle information. This car will not require a sticker but will need to be registered with S&S.
